An integral part of each of our student chapters is the advisors aiding in expanding our network with the biotech industry. We introduce Wenjun Zhang and Abhinav Jain as our inaugural advisors for our newly formed Bay Area chapter.
Wenjun Zhang will serve as the Academic Advisor for the Bay Area Student Chapter. She is the current Vice Chair of Biomolecular Engineering and The Charles Wilke Professor in Chemical Engineering at the University of California Berkeley.
Abhinav R. Jain will serve as the Industry Advisor for the Bay Area Student Chapter. He is currently a Cell Culture Development Scientist at IGM Biosciences in San Francisco.
